I was initially disappointed because the arrangement didn't look as close to the website photo as I had expected. However, Roxanne took the time to explain everything, and handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. This floral shop is awesome ! I called & put in a request for a peony arrangement and the owner, Roxanne had a "can do attitude"! She made a trip to her wholesaler just to get these flowers & delivered a beautiful custom arrangement at my requested time. The arrangement made my daughter-in-law cry! I highly recommend this independent shop!

My boyfriend has surprised me with arrangements from this shop before, so I knew exactly who I wanted to create my bouquet for my college graduation photos. He shared my school colors and requested white roses with pops of blue florals throughout, along with a more rustic feel. She absolutely exceeded expectations, bringing my vision to life beautifully. The bouquet was stunning and made such a special milestone more memorable!

My Mom was over the moon for the beautiful flowers! In her words; "so stunningly beautiful and full of aroma, which I could smell throughout my kitchen and living room". "there were just too many flowers to count", "magical, and overwhelmingly gorgeous". This was the first time I have ordered flowers from Renton Flower Shop, and I will never go anywhere else! The owner and floral designer was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and PERFECT!! A+++ 5 stars and beyond, definitely a lifetime florist for my family and I!

Little know fact is that your "local" florist you found in search might not be as local as you think. You might be finding a website that is the equivalent of Uber Eats, that collects orders then has someone fulfil them for a charge (leaving you getting less bang for your buck). I try to avoid these types of aggregating sites that hide who they are and where they are. Renton Flower Shop is NOT one of these shops. This is a florist based in Renton who delivers in and around Renton (check their website or call them to confirm for sure). Their website says they have a 10:30 cut off for same delivery, but if you call in person they might be able to accommodate as best they can (which they did for me). Here is my experience. Person on the was courteous, and I believe the owner. I told her a general idea of what I wanted for my daughter's birthday (a color scheme) and a budget and they figuratively (and literally) delivered, exceeding my expectations (which are usually pretty high). They made my kids birthday, and the flowers have held up pretty well afterwards. Would highly recommend. Would do business with them again.
